A launch-day checklist for trade packs
The practical sequence that keeps launch enablement packs from arriving incomplete.
Launches stall when assets arrive out of order. Buyer decks without sell sheets, POS without installer notes, and scripts without approved claims create silent friction.
Build a release calendar that matches the trade calendar: buyer brief first, field pack second, store kit third. Each wave should be complete on its own.
Assign one owner for claim lock. Creative polish cannot compensate for unsettled regulatory or brand language on launch week.
After day one, schedule a refresh window. Early field notes almost always reveal a missing FAQ or a fixture that needs a smaller header.
