By using cloudstackpoint.digital or engaging Cloudstackpoint Trade Marketing for sales enablement materials, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request work.

Services described
Service descriptions and prices on this site are informational. They are not an offer to contract until we confirm scope, timeline, and fees in writing. We do not provide online checkout or payment processing on this website.
Project engagements
When you commission sell sheets, retail kits, playbooks, launch packs, or related materials, the written proposal or email confirmation sets deliverables, revisions, and fees. Work begins after you accept that confirmation.
Client materials
You confirm you have rights to brand assets, claims, pricing, and product information you supply. You remain responsible for regulatory and brand compliance of claims used in trade materials.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment for an agreed project, you receive usage rights to the final deliverables for your trade and sales enablement purposes. We may retain process files and show anonymised work samples unless you request otherwise in writing.
Acceptable use of the site
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or submit fraudulent contact requests. We may refuse or discontinue service where misuse occurs.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or from decisions made solely on informational pricing. Our liability for a commissioned project is limited to fees paid for that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
